• AI agents you create and their configurations
• Conversation history with TOM (your AI companion)

• Session duration and play time
• Level completion rates
• Feature usage patterns
• Page views and navigation (via Vercel Analytics, if consented)
• Performance metrics such as page load times (via Vercel Speed Insights, if consented)

2.4 Local Storage Data

We store certain data locally on your device using browser localStorage, including: game state, audio/volume settings, cookie consent preference, and analytics opt-out preference. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save your game to the cloud.

2.5 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card number or payment method details. We receive only a confirmation of payment status from Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

4. AI and Data Processing

Your conversations with TOM are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. We send your messages and current game state to generate contextual responses. Anthropic's data processing policies apply to this data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Anthropic may process data on servers located in the United States.

5. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We share your information with the following service providers:

• Anthropic — AI processing (conversations with TOM and agent creation)
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Database hosting and storage (PostgreSQL)
• Vercel — Application hosting, Vercel Analytics (page views), and Speed Insights (performance metrics)
• Google — OAuth authentication
• UptimeRobot — Uptime monitoring (checks site availability only, no user data collected)

We may also share information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Mission to Mars is intended for users 13 years and older, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We implement an age verification gate before account creation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
